Whether through wellness and spirituality, eco, or sustainable travel. The paradox of traveling is that although we’re far away, we actually start looking closer and find answers or solutions within ourselves.
Inclusions
- All Accommodations including 1 night inside core zone at Nagzira Forest Guest House - All meals ex-Nagpur. - 7 safaris, Park entry fees, gypsy charges - Local guide - Activities with Tribals. - Photography related inputs and on-field guidance. - Expedition Lead, Wildlife specialists - One support vehicle throughout the journey. - Wireless Radio Sets - In-car Refreshments - Travel Insurance - Currently applicable taxes
Exclusions
- Vehicle - Fuel Expenses - Tolls - Any personal expense - alcohol, beverages, in-room dining, laundry etc - Camera charges. - Any repairs and maintenance of private, and or hired cars during the journey. - Anything else not present in list of inclusions.

Policy and Terms
Advance – non-refundable More than 30 days prior to departure – 60% refund of the total cost 15 to 30 days prior to departure – 35% refund of the total cost 7 to 14 days prior to departure – 20% refund of the total cost Less than 7 days prior to departure – 15% refund of the total cost
Terms and Conditions
1. Beyond Xpeditions reserves the right to cancel / modify any expedition having regard to force majeure situations including natural calamities, strikes, riots, political unrest etc. 2. Any additional cost of such alternative arrangements for transport & accommodation is to be reimbursed / borne by participants. 3. Participants shall have no right to claim damages / losses arising from force majeure situations. 4. Beyond Xpeditions shall not be responsible for any injury / disability / loss of life caused due to any accident during the expedition. 5. Participants are required to deposit INR 10,000 per person as advance to confirm their seats. The balance amount is to be paid a minimum of 15 days prior to departure. 6. Beyond Xpeditions may assist in hiring a self drive car but has no responsibility with any dispute arising between the car hire company and the participant.
